Dear Friends,
Ten months ago I presented MIMEH's very first program, "Bioethics and the Holocaust: Reflecting on the Past to Protect the Future." Since that time your support, involvement and enthusiasm have allowed our organization to grow exponentially. Some of our 2016 highlights include:
  • International and local programs offered in Budapest, Prague, Kiev, California, Washington, D.C., New Jersey and New York
  • Five webinars presented by internationally recognized scholars with free CME credits for physicians, nurses and pharmacists
  • Total program attendance of over 500 people from 18 different countries, including: Australia, Austria, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, England, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Russia, Spain and the United States
  • Development of collaborative relationshps with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Holocaust Educational Foundation, National Museum of Medicine in the Ukraine, and various international academic institutions

We have many exciting activities planned for 2017, including lectures
and conferences throughout the country, partnerships with academic institutions that will allow us to develop educational curricula for an expanded audience, and a continuation of our popular webinar series. These programs are largely made possible by your generous support.  On behalf of everyone at MIMEH, I would like to personally thank each of you who donated, volunteered, or participated in our programs.  We appreciate your continued support and wish you a new year filled with health, happiness, and prosperity.

Appreciatively,

Stacy Gallin, DMH
