From April 24-27, MIMEH co-sponsored a very successful Holocaust, Genocide and Contemporary Bioethics program in conjunction with the University of Colorado's Center for Bioethics and Humanities. Events were held on all four CU campuses as well as at the University of Denver. Our audience included the general public and students from the medical and law schools, as well as those from the humanities, business and religious studies concentrations. A Yom Hashoah commemorative ceremony was held at the University of Denver's Holocaust Memorial as well. Here are some highlights from this week's events. Honoring the courage of those who survived and preserving the memory of those who perished in the Holocaust is more important now than ever. MIMEH is proud of our continued commitment to offer programs that reflect upon the past to protect the future. Please consider making a donation to help support our work.
